Part of The Scrapbook Series – Fairplay Harp School Music

The Fairplay Harp School Scrapbook Series celebrates Shelley Fairplay’s original compositions and much-loved arrangements, shared for the first time in printed collections for harpists everywhere. Created between teaching, performing, and parenting, this series is a joyful reflection of letting go of perfection and releasing music into the world to bring others joy.

“So here I am, letting go of perfection and releasing these pieces into the world, in the hope that they bring you joy.” – Shelley Fairplay

💚 About Mixed Solos – Intermediate Edition Vol. 2

Back with a second collection of engaging solo pieces, this volume continues the journey through Shelley’s much-loved compositions, first shared with her online harp school, Patreon subscribers, and the Dynamic Harps Ensemble.

As in Volume 1, the melodies here are crafted with specific learning goals in mind — from rhythm exercises to phrasing techniques — each piece remaining true to Shelley’s original creative vision.

This book offers a fresh, inspiring selection of solos for intermediate harpists, reinforcing key musical skills while providing joyful repertoire to explore and perform. Many of the tunes also appear elsewhere in the Scrapbook Series as simpler or ensemble arrangements, making this collection a perfect next step in your musical journey.
